These days I am too busy with household chores and get less time to try any new recipe. But last week I tried Maggi pakodas and they were yum.

Ingredients
- 2 bricks of Maggie
- 5 cups of water
- 2 sachets Maggi tastemaker
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- 1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium size tomato (finely chopped)
- 1/2 medium size capsicum (finely chopped)
- 1 bowl finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 and half cup refined oil
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp besan gram flour
Procedure
- In a pan add water and bring it to boil.
- Then add Maggi noodles and cook them till they are 90% cooked and then strain the excess water.
- In a deep frying pan or Kadhai add refined oil and pre heat it on high flame and then lower the flame.
- In a mixing bowl add Maggie noodles, chopped veggies, spices and tastemaker. Give them a soft mix with your fingers.
- Then add corn flour and besan to the mix and make medium size balls.
- Spread some corn flour in a plate and cover the balls with that corn flour
- Add these balls or pakodas to the pre heated oil ( 2-3 balls single time, don’t over crowd the oil). Turn the flame between low to medium.
- Fry the balls till they are golden brown.
- Ones ready relish them with tamarind chutney, ketchup or tea.
