HI guys so in my previous chicken recipe I shared about the chicken kaali mirch recipe. Now the next step was to use the leftover chicken gravy. Hence came up with an amazing idea. Lets see what i did.

Ingredients (servings for 3)
- 3 boiled eggs
- 5-6 minced garlic cloves
- 1 inch of ginger grated
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon kitchen king masala
- ¼ cup smooth milk cream
- ¼ teaspoon crushed kasoori methi
- 1 and half tablespoon refined oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt and dash of water/ milk
Procedure
- In a pan take refined oil. To this add cumin seeds, let them splutter and then add garlic and ginger and cook it for 10 seconds.
- Then turn off the flame otherwise ginger will get burnt. Now add the spices (garam masala, salt, coriander powder and kitchen king masala) and after that turn on the flame again.
- Immediately add the leftover gravy and fresh milk cream and add a dash of water or little milk.
- Let this cook on high flame for 1 minute with occasional stirring and then on low flame for 5 minutes or more depending on the consistency of gravy you want.
- Then sprinkle palm crushed kasoori methi.
- Cut the boiled eggs with soft hands in circular slices either horizontally or vertically. Add them to the gravy.
