36 years back Nestle changed the game of ready to eat items by introducing Maggi Noodles to the world. It became the favorite solution for those lazy afternoon hunger. In today’s time there are many competitors against maggi but Maggi remains the undisputed king of RTE food items. With changing times people started experimenting with Maggi recipes. Today maggi can be cooked with 1000 of variations. Every other person has his or her own personal maggi recipe. So today I’ll share one of my maggi recipes.

Ingredients (servings for 2)
- 6-7 leaves lettuce
- 1 finely chopped medium size onion
- 1 finely chopped medium size tomato
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 4-5 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tbsp garam masala
- 1/4 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tbsp of kitchen king masala
- 3 packets of single piece maggi.
- 3 tbsp refined oil/ desi ghee
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 100 GM’s paneer (cubes and saute in oil)
- Salt
Procedure
- In a pan take refined oil and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Then add minced garlic and green chillies. Cook them for 30 seconds.
- Then add chopped onions and salt as per taste (do remember that maggi taste maker also has salt).
- Ones onions are pink add chopped tomato and let it cook on low flame till mushy.
- Then add garam masala, coriander powder, kitchen king masala, 3 packets maggi taste maker and dash of water.
- Then add chopped lettuce and boiled peas.
- To this add 3 cups of water and bring it to boil.
- Then add maggi noodles.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook the maggi on medium flame with occasional stiring
- One the maggi is ready, garnish with saute paneer.
You can vegetables of your choice.
