This is an awesome and easy recipe. So let’s begin
Ingredients (servings for 2)
- 1 packet masala maggi noodles
- 3 half fried egg (but cooked from both the sides)
- 1 small size finely chopped onion
- 1 small size finely chopped tomato
- 2 tabke spoon of finely chopped capsicum
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt
- Garlic bread seasoning /oregano
- Water
- Butter/ ghee/ refined oil
- Burger Mayonnaise
- Classic Mayonnaise
- Leftover lemon chicken gravy
- Bread 6 slices
Procedure
- Cook 1 packet of maggi noodles as per the directions on the packet.
- Ones cooked add left over chicken gravy to maggi and keep it aside.
- On a non stick tawa apply some butter and break open 3 Eggs on tawa to make half fried eggs.
- Cook the eggs on low flame so that the yolk is properly cooked.
- Sprinkle chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, capsicum, cumin powder, salt and black pepper powder.
- Flip the egg carefully and cook the other side also.
- On 4 bread slices apply burger Mayonnaise and on 2 bread slices apply classic mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle garlic bread seasoning on the bread slices with burger Mayonnaise.
- To make a Sandwich, take one slice of bread with burger mayonnaise place half of the cooked egg on it (keep the other half for second sandwich).
- Then on top the top of the egg place the bread slice with classic mayonnaise.
- Followed by the maggi stuffing.
- Close the sandwich with bread slice with burger mayonnaise.
- Now on a non stick tawa put some ghee or butter and cook the sandwich from both the sides.
Note 1- if don’t have chicken gravy, you can mix classic mayonnaise in maggi.
Note 2- cooking half fried egg from both sides is similar to cooking an omlette. Only difference if that we cook the egg on low flame and we don’t beat the egg to making.
