This recipe is also very easy and almost all the ingredients are easily available in you kitchen so let’s start.
Ingredients.
- 1 bowl of boiled rice (fresh or leftovers)
- 3 table spoon of mint chutney (packed/ prepared at home)
- Classic egg mayonnaise
- Dough to make chapatis (wheat)
- Tomato ketchup
- 1 big onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato (finely shopped)
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure
- In a mixing bowl, add cooked rice, to which you add 3 tbsp mint chutney, chaat masala, chopped onion, tomato and egg mayonnaise.
- Then make two tawa size big chapatis and cook them partially.
- Then on each of these chapati spread tomato ketchup.
- Then place the rice mint filling in the middle of chapati and roll it properly.
- Then on a non stick tawa, put some oil or clarified butter on high flame.
- Place the rolls on tawa and cook all the sides properly, on low flame.
- Ones ready cut them from middle and serve.
