well the pic i am sharing today is just so cool and delicious. This pic was clicked in October 2018. I was 4 months pregnant at that time and all of sudden felt this craving of having dinner at my favourite restaurant in Chennai “The Bombay Brasserie”. They serve really nice and yummy north indian cuisine.
The picture is of “Amritsari Kulfi”. This ice cream is famous for its delicious cardamom flavour with the crunch of nuts. This ice cream is dipped in the thick flavoured sweet milk and garnished with boiled vermicelli and rose syrup. The chef of this restaurant added the twist to this by serving it in the platter with liquid nitrogen, which looked so mesmerising
